FAQ

HOW LONG IS A USUAL MASSAGE?

The length of a session varies depending on the purpose or the issue the client may experience. Most people chose 1 hour as it is enough to achieve results, but 90 minutes is favoured by me (and many of my clients) as the mental relaxation might take longer time to commence. I prefer to allow the individual to decide over the length of their treatment, as i believe everyone knows their needs or in case they find they need extra time we can potentially add on or agree in advance on the future treatment’s length.

ARE YOU MOBILE MASSAGE ONLY OR CAN BE VISITED AT A PRACTICE?

Currently my personal preference is to visit my clients at their chosen location. This gives them the freedom to do whatever they like before or after, should it be work, chores, exercise or something relaxing and no need to stress themselves by going anywhere.

HOW SHOULD YOU PREPARE FOR THE TREATMENT?

It is beneficial to be hydrated and to not eat heavy meals before a massage.

Taking a quick shower or a bath can help with warming up the tissues and relaxing the body and mind as well.

Consuming alcohol or drugs are not advised and considered as contra indication because of the respiratory and cardiovascular impacts they might cause.

Creating a relaxing atmosphere will help with the mental and psychological benefits. Dimming the lights, lighting a candle and putting on a music by your choice (or letting me to chose something) can set the mood and will generate a feedback for the body and the mind that it is time to calm down.

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THE TREATMENT?

While i bring most of the equipments i do require some towels for both hygienic and comfort purposes.
